Compliments or Complaints
We strive to provide excellent patient care and services. We appreciate any compliments or positive feedback you may have about your care. Additionally, we want to address any quality or safety concerns that you may have. Should you, the patient, or your designated guardian, advocate, support person, or representative feel at any time that we have not met your expectations; we welcome your comments, concerns, and complaints. Sharing your concerns and complaints will not compromise your access to care, treatment, and services. The hospital supervisor is available 24 hours a day for immediate concerns and can be accessed by request to any Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital team member. Additional contact information is located below. Detailed information about submitting a compliment or complaint can be found on page 4 of the downloadable Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Admissions Packet.
